Over 104 acres, 75 of which has some of the Annapolis Valley's best farm land available. The land currently has 42 acres of spring wheat, all headed out, and 33 acres of soybeans, which will be harvested by the current owners. Worth noting - the soil type for the fields is known as 'Castley Soils', which are organic soils that have developed on fibric sphagnum peat over mesic sedge peat.
