On his week-long visit to India, the Canadian PM Justin Trudeau along with his family is on a plan to visit and see Prime Minister Modi, dated February 23. He is expected discuss about defence, cooperation in civil nuclear and space.

The Prime Minister’s visit has an additional agenda to strengthen joint cooperation of the two countries in important areas of trade and investment, per statement from External Affairs Ministry. It is also expected that exchange of views will also take place on work towards counter-terrorism, security, regional and global issues and mutual cooperation etc.

Additionally, the great PM is all set to meet top business tycoons from Mumbai as well as visit important memorials like Golden Temple in Amritsar, Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, Jama Masjid in New Delhi and others. He is also scheduled to see film industry’s representatives and even attend an event at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

“Wheels up for India and a busy visit focused on creating good jobs and strengthening the deep connection between the people of our two countries,” Trudeau’s tweet from Friday before boarding the trip.
