Travelling is the best possible way to start fresh for rest of the year, once you visit new places you feel fresh and relaxed. Wondering the title doesn’t match with what I’m writing here, well just think of this as a way of preparing you for the worst.

Canada just issued a high alert for all you travelers out there, well the place that is being at high risk is none other than “Mexico”, to be more specific destination Playa del Carmen.

This warning has been issued after U.S embassy in Mexico issued a similar alert, according to the authorities there is a high security threat in destination Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

When investigated about such high alert, reason came out to be of much concern. High amount of Explosive has been discovered and detonated on a tourist ferry in the area on February 21 And on March 1, 2018.

Local Authorities found more such explosive on other ferry going out of Playa del Carmen.

Due to which, some cruise has cancelled tours using ferry services in Playa del Carmen.

Canada’s travel advisory warns citizens to “avoid non-essential travel” through the northern and western states in Mexico.

So, all you are advised to make sure to avoid going to the high alert area, postpone any plans and stay safe.
