You already know that WhatsApp is run by Facebook owners. Seemingly, WhatsApp has included a new question in the FAQ section which assures its users that their data and communication would die with WhatsApp as they’re confidentially safe.
It is not a big surprise as for the past few times the Facebook controversy has led to many disturbances among the users. The interesting point in the whole story is that this FAQ question wasn’t include after a long time when a founder of WhatsApp through his Twitter account recommended to delete the Facebook account.
Possibilities are that the WhatsApp founder might be worried about the exceeding Facebook controversy so he better stood a little ahead of it. Whatever the actual reason was, you can easily approach this under the security and privacy section.
It is here to mention that this section is specifically for the business messages. WhatsApp Business favors the customers to connect with each other for business purposes and it is clear here that the data, therefore, should be kept private. Also, the message and call each party can make for the business purpose are encrypted and no one including WhatsApp can view them.
The company also warned the people using WhatsApp business as their messages can easily see by other people in the business. It is accepted that a large number of companies would be reaching privacy assurances as to the increasing public uproar keep on going.
