This place is awesome! here's why: you don't need a car, you are walking distance to District 1881 with all the new shops and restaurants, grocery stores, Salish Plaza as well as a middle school and a high school. You have transit just outside the building and a 7/11, Tim Hortons, Subway and a produce store next door. Chilliwack hospital is just a 5 minute drive. This unit is one of only 4 units in the development that has street access, in case you want to move things through your balcony or run next door to grab a coffee. The outdoor space is the largest in the complex. Your parking spots are the best in the development, located directly out the lobby door and directly off the elevator.
