There are great schools, shopping and recreational facilities close by and very centrally located in the Greater Victoria area. Originally built in 1947, this house has gone through a few changes and it's ready for some new ideas. However, once you make your way to the back, it opens up to a large kitchen/dining area with a lovely family room. Double doors open out to a private patio for BBQs or hot tub - just sayin'.
