The camp is powered by both solar power and/or 1800 watt generator. There are four 100 Watt solar panels on the metal roof and batteries inside the camp. Some light run directly on solar power. There is a converter that can be used to change the battery power to 110 power for the other overhead lights and to power small appliances. The sale includes a gas water pump, water filter, 1 1/4 inch ABS black pipe, and a foot valve. The new owner would need to set it up to pump water up from the river as the water system is currently not working. There is a 50 gallon water tank in the loft. The hunting zone is Wildlife Management Unit 41 and directly behind the hunt camp the old railway bed is part of the official snowmobile trail system and the OFSC trail system.
